There’s nothing more toxic to productivity than a meeting.

YES.

There’s a really good comment about “Managers” versus “Producers”. Managers are able to alot 30minute or 60 minute blocks effectively, but Producers (be it programmers, writers, photographers, etc) need larger blocks (eg: half a day) to work productively. I’ll dig out the insight - but it’s even more poignant.
